UEFA has revealed the Champions League Team of the Week for the first leg of the semi-finals, with João Neves (who scored a goal) and Vitinha earning spots on the list. The lineup is predominantly made up of players from Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, following their wild 5-4 home victory for the French side.
From that match, PSG contributors João Neves, Vitinha, Ousmane Dembélé, and Kvaratskhelia are included. Bayern Munich is represented by Michael Olise, Upamecano, and Luis Díaz. Completing the team are Antoine Griezmann and Marc Pubill from Atlético Madrid, as well as Gabriel Magalhães and David Raya from Arsenal, all of whom started in a 1-1 draw between the two clubs.
In addition to the Team of the Week, Ousmane Dembélé was named Player of the Week, beating compatriot Antoine Griezmann. The PSG forward scored twice and assisted João Neves in the victory.
The next round of European action will take place on May 5-6, deciding which teams advance to the final in Budapest.
